E-Mail Addresses For Your Residents

In addition to the five free E-mail addresses that come with your website, your HOA can offer your residents special E-mail addresses with your association's domain name.

All E-mail sent to the address containing your domain name will be forwarded to the individual's personal E-mail account (e.g. - Verizon, MSN, gmail.com, Yahoo, etc.).

SurburbanHOA.com can add E-mail addresses to your site for $2 per resident per year. If you were to charge $1 a month ($12 a year), your association could net $10 per homeowner per year.

If you have only 40 homeowners who want an E-mail address with your domain name, you will easily recover the basic cost of operating your website each year.

A resident's E-mail address would look like this:
residentname@yourdomainname.org . Each E-mail received will be automatically forwarded to an E-mail service of the individual's Internet service provider.
