The duties of managing the basic, advanced and small-business websites include the annual cost of a domain name, the web-hosting service and webmaster duties*.

Other tasks, such as logo design, editing services and photography, carry modest fees.

Here is our menu of primary services and costs:

• Basic HOA Template - $200 per year
  Includes a front page with one large photo and one text block that may be changed four times a year. Also, the front page includes menu items/buttons that are linked to up to five inside pages and an unlimited number of outside websites. A maximum of 12 inside-page content changes per year is included. If no changes are made during the previous 12-month period, the annual maintenance fee will be $40 (a reduction of 80%).
• Advanced HOA Template - $400 per year
  Includes a front page with large front-page photo that may be changed four times a year, up to 10 front-page headlines with links to up to 10 inside pages, one small front-page photo that will be enlarged on an inside page, and menu items/buttons that are linked to up to 10 inside pages and an unlimited number of outside websites. A maximum of 12 inside-page content changes per year is included. If no changes are made during the previous 12-month period, the annual maintenance fee will be $80 (a reduction of 80%).
• Small  Business Template - $300 per year
  Includes a front page with one large photo and one text block that may be changed four times a year. Also, the front page includes menu items/buttons, including logos of products, that are linked to up to 10 inside pages and an unlimited number of outside websites. A maximum of 12 inside-page content changes per year is included. If no changes are made during the previous 12-month period, the annual maintenance fee will be $60 (a reduction of 80%).
• iPhone Apps- $50 per hour
  Includes designing and submitting your app to the Apple App Store.
• Database Creation- $100 minimum (one time charge)
  Maintenance and updating databases - $10 per update after first one that is included in base fee. Bills will be sent on a monthly basis. The minimum $100 fee is for each database table with fewer than 100 entries/rows and fewer than five columns/fields. All database content must be provided by the customer on an Excel spreadsheet. More than one database table may be needed for some websites.

* Webmaster duties include receiving text, photos and graphics from the customer, arranging that content on the appropriate template pages, assigning links from the front page to inside pages or outside websites, and posting the finished pages on the Internet. Minor copyediting for grammar, spelling and punctuation is included. Major text editing or re-writing services and logo/nameplate design are extra (see below). Please note that the annual fee will reman in effect until the website domain name is terminated or transferred to another website provider or webmaster.
